<p><span style="font-size:7.5pt;color:#000000;font-family:Verdana;">Inspecting a lake intake in North Texas.  Commercial diver prepares to be lowered into the water.  This will be a near zero vizability dive to inspect the floor of the facility.  The diver is using line air and has communications with the surface.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Verdana;">With low visability a ROV or underwater camera is not very effective. The diver is able to use touch and feel to blindly inspect the underwater areas of the intake.</span></p>
